Our 3 year-old grandson is in love with everything "duplo", but fixing the tires with the screwdriver is the greatest thing on earth. We saw the "Werkstatt" in Germany last October, and were delighted to be able to order it on amazon.com. Congratulations to the designers.

This toy is classic duplo/lego. It is well made, durable, easy to play with. The tow truck works great. The wheels come on & off using a special tool, and the nice rubber tires come off of the wheels. My only suggestion would be to include two tools, or a more standard screwdriver.
I used these for a simple machines preschool lesson using the pulley on the tow truck and the removable wheel/axles, and the tool to remove the wheels (lever).

I bought this for my 3 year old grandson. I am trying to accumulate all of the lego duplo vehicles since that is his interest. They are so much better than regular vehicles because you can take them apart and mix and match the pieces. He makes all different kinds of vehicles and really stretches his imagination with them. So even though they can be pricey, you actually end up getting more for your money.
